He has been in the business for nearly four decades and has worked with some of the biggest institutions in Canada and the United States. Prior to his stellar executive career, Vic Neufeld was a peach farmer. He grew up in a small town in Leamington, Ontario. His father was a peach farmer and Vic and his three brothers were the helpers of his father. It was labor-intensive but it served as a training ground for him to strive hard in life.
Right after graduating from college, Vic Neufeld immediately began his professional career. He was a chartered accountant at Ernst & Young. He was with the company for many years and has set a record of being the youngest partner at the age of 32. He was a disciplined, motivated, and energetic manager. That marks his executive career.
